Welcome to Spanish Lessons Today. By purchasing lessons, booking classes, or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Description

Spanish Lessons Today provides online Spanish language instruction through live virtual lessons. Lessons are primarily conducted through Google Meet, although alternative platforms may be used when agreed upon by both the student and the instructor.

2. Lesson Packages and Validity

Lesson packages are valid for a limited period from the date of purchase.

  • Package of 8 lessons (50 minutes each): valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

  • Package of 10 lessons (25 minutes each): valid for 3 months from the purchase date.

Any unused lessons remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

In exceptional circumstances, students may request an extension by contacting spanishlessons.slt@gmail.com. Extensions are granted solely at the discretion of Spanish Lessons Today.

3. Scheduling Lessons

All lessons must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the booking system.

The booking system displays availability according to the student’s local time zone. Students are responsible for verifying the date and time of their scheduled lessons.

4. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Students may reschedule or cancel a lesson without penalty provided that notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the lesson being deducted from the student’s package.

5. Missed Lessons and Late Arrivals

Student Late Arrival

Students are allowed up to 10 minutes of delay without prior communication.

If a student has not joined the lesson or communicated with the instructor within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be considered a no-show and will be deducted from the student’s package.

Lessons always end at their originally scheduled time. Time lost due to student lateness will not be added to the lesson.

Instructor Late Arrival

If the instructor is more than 10 minutes late, the missed time will be compensated through a rescheduled lesson or additional lesson time, as agreed between the student and instructor.

6. Instructor Cancellations

If the instructor needs to cancel a lesson, the lesson will be returned to the student’s package and may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

7. Payments and Refunds

All lesson package purchases are final.

Spanish Lessons Today does not provide refunds for purchased lesson packages, partially used packages, unused lessons, missed lessons, or expired packages.

By purchasing a lesson package, the student acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.

8. Minors

Spanish Lessons Today welcomes students under the age of 18.

A lesson may be purchased for a minor by a parent, guardian, or any individual authorized to make the payment. Completion of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Recording Policy

Students are not permitted to record lessons, whether in audio, video, screenshots, or any other format, without prior written permission.

Spanish Lessons Today reserves the right to record lessons for educational, quality assurance, training, or administrative purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, worksheets, presentations, exercises, videos, documents, and educational resources provided by Spanish Lessons Today remain the intellectual property of Spanish Lessons Today.

Materials are provided exclusively for the personal use of the enrolled student.

Students may not:

  • Share materials with third parties.

  • Upload materials to public websites.

  • Reproduce or distribute materials.

  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any materials.

Unauthorized use of educational materials may result in immediate termination of services.

11. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior during all interactions.

Spanish Lessons Today reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without refund if a student engages in:

  • Harassment.

  • Discrimination.

  • Threatening behavior.

  • Offensive language.

  • Inappropriate conduct toward instructors or other students.

  • Any activity that interferes with the learning environment.

12. Limitation of Liability

Spanish Lessons Today shall not be liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, technical failures, power outages, platform interruptions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule lessons affected by significant technical issues.

14. Changes to These Terms

Spanish Lessons Today reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
